We’re sure you have lots of questions about owning a GO CLEANCO franchise. Here are some answers to the most common questions we’re asked about the franchising process:
Do I need to have any experience in the restoration or cleanup industry to own a GO CLEANCO franchise?
You don’t need any prior experience in the restoration industry or owning your own business. We understand that the majority of new franchise owners don’t have experience owning their own business. However, we do seek franchisees who display strong management skills and a passion for business, people, and customer service.
How long will I be required to train and what can I expect to learn?
Our initial training program consists of approximately 40 hours of classroom training and 40 hours of on-the-job training at our headquarters in Macon, Georgia. Our training program is intensive and includes all critical aspects of running your GO CLEANCO business.
Your training program includes important aspects of running the day-to-day business of a GO CLEANCO franchise, such as:
- Administrative Functions
- Customer Service Training
- Marketing Concepts
Do you offer financing?
GO CLEANCO doesn’t finance, however, we’ll work with you to locate a leasing company and/or third-party lender.
Does GO CLEANCO offer a multi-unit franchise opportunity?
Absolutely! We understand that you may want the flexibility to open in multiple markets and have complete control of your territory.
What are the initial franchise fees and ongoing royalty fees?
The initial franchise fee is $19,500 for a single territory. You will pay ongoing royalties of 5-8%, depending on annual revenue, and an advertising fee of 1-3%.
How long will it take to open my franchise once I have signed the franchise agreement?
A new GO CLEANCO franchise typically begins operations within 4 to 6 months after the signing of the franchise agreement.
What is the term of the franchise agreement?
The initial term is for a period of 10 years, after which you can renew in 5-year increments in accordance with the franchise agreement.
Will you help me with my initial marketing strategy and grand opening?
Yes, of course! Your success is our success. We will assist you with all aspects of your opening, and we will be in attendance.
